I don’t think I’ve experienced customer service like Strictly Shower Doors. I’m from Virginia and I’ve been searching far and wide for a part for my broken shower door. Our local installer came out and charged me $180 to tell me that they couldn’t identify the hinge and that there was nothing they could do except lubricate it. I came across a picture of one of Chris’s projects online and spotted the exact pivot hinge. I thought…what the heck…I’ll email the company address with a request and picture to see if someone might respond. I received a response moments later with a positive identification of the hinge and part I needed. What’s more is Chris said he would send me the parts free of charge. To my surprise they showed up as he promised. There are still competent and helpful people in the world…thank you Strictly Shower Doors and thank you Chris!
